Installation and use of fan soft connection, structural form: Leaf type adopts axial flow type: GYF-I (single speed) and GYF-SI (double speed); two types of fire exhaust fans.
The blade type adopts oblique flow type: there are two types of fire-fume exhaust fans, GYF-II (single speed) and GYF-S2 (double speed).
If the user has higher requirements for noise, GYF-BX silencer type fire exhaust fan can be made. The fan can also be built into a roof and installed on the roof for fire and smoke extraction.
GYF fire-fighting high-temperature smoke exhaust axial flow fan is composed of five main components: (1) impeller, (2) motor, (3) inner circulating wind impeller, (4) guide vane, inner tube, and duct hole (5) outer tube.
Installation and use:
1) It can be installed in vertical, horizontal and hanger type. The fan base must be naturally combined with the foundation plane. Do not hit the base to force the connection. Do not add the weight of the pipeline to the fan components.
2) Before installation, carefully check whether the impeller and casing are damaged and deformed due to transportation. If so, repair it before installing.
3) Check whether the connecting bolts are loose, whether the motor insulation is good, and whether there are any items in the fan duct that prevent rotation.
4) After the fan is installed, it should be tested. Any abnormal rubbing, bumping and vibration should be eliminated immediately.
